1. Introduction At ALL T20 (allt20.asia), we strive to provide a seamless experience for our customers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for ticket purchases and other services.

2. Ticket Cancellations

• Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Tickets may only be canceled under exceptional circumstances such as event cancellation or rescheduling by the organizers.

• In the case of an event cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• If an event is rescheduled, the ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, a refund request may be submitted within the specified period.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds will only be processed in cases of event cancellation or if the organizer explicitly allows ticket refunds.

• Processing fees, service charges, or convenience fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be provided for partially attended events, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations by the customer.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

• Customers must provide the necessary details, including proof of purchase, for the refund request to be processed.

• Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction.

5. Transfer & Resale

• Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

• Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation without a refund.

6. Force Majeure ALL T20 shall not be liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or pandemics. In such cases, refunds will be subject to organizer discretion.
